- Don't impersonate a tech or administrator.
- Don't submit false information on the application form. We verify.

No warranty on information
We keep the site current, but pay rates, coverage, and ladder rules can change. Your signed agreement governs.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Cook Technology Corp. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. This does not limit our obligations under your signed agreements.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
